Old Fashioned 4th of July

Something for everyone!

We are heartbroken to announce we no longer have adequate parking spaces for large community events at Rancho La Patera & Stow House!

For almost 50 years, the Old-Fashioned 4th of July has been a family tradition for many Goleta families.  The pony rides and facepainting, the popcorn and ice cream that taste so good on our hot summer days...

Thank you, Christ Lutheran Church, for accommodating our guests in your vacant lot for over 50 years, and to Boy Scout Troop 105 for parking everyone so expertly!  We are also grateful that this small portion of historic Rancho La Patera has been preserved for so long, like the greater Lake Los Carneros Natural & Historical Preserve.  Best of luck for your congregation's future!

**Follow us on social media @stowhouse for updates on smaller alternative events we will be planning.

Activities!  Children of all ages will enjoy a day of live music, classic cars, hayrides, pony rides, an old engine show, tours, various games, and much more. The festival also features a few local artists who will be selling their handmade products.

ENTERTAINMENT!  All day live music by local bands:

EAT!  Country Catering will be preparing their famous BBQ and visitors will also be able to cool off with ice cream, Stow House lemonade and local favorite, Hollister Brewing Company beer.

FINE PRINT: No dogs, per health department regulations.  No outside alcohol.  Stow House will be open for tours from 12:30-2:00 pm.  Ask for a pass to come back if you miss it!
