Unrestricted Gifts
& Planned Giving

Unrestricted Gifts are most valuable because they enable the Goleta Valley Historical Society to apply the funds where they are most needed. Gifts of cash (check or credit card), appreciated securities, retirement assets and pledges over time are welcome.

Non-cash gifts of property, art, vehicles, and other personal property are also appreciated.

Designated Gifts

Donor Designated Gifts can benefit the Goleta Valley Historical Society’s current projects such as the design and construction of exhibits, programs such as Pioneer Days, or a specific department: collections, education, events, or the Arboretum Restoration Project. Naming opportunities are available.

Memorial & Honorary Gifts

Memorial & Honorary Gifts provide a lasting tribute to a friend or loved one. The Society will send an acknowledgement to the families of those memorialized or to the person honored without specifying the amount.

Shopping

Shopping? Yes, shopping. When you shop on Amazon Smile, the Society receives a portion of the charity of your choice.

Circle of Friends

Debby & Roger Aceves invite you to celebrate a special anniversary of Goleta Valley Historical Society.

In honor of the 50th Anniversary of the dedication of Stow House to the community, a fund has been established to support needs of the historic treasure.

The Good Land Book Project

In celebration of the Goleta Valley Historical Society’s 50th Anniversary we invite you to support this special project with a tax-deductible donation.
